Chair Message

My name is Taylor Sprague, and as I begin my second year serving as Chair of the ASIS Western Massachusetts Chapter 212, I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting and growing our chapter. My journey in the security field began right after high school with a focus on physical security, and over the past seven years I have gained valuable experience and developed a strong passion for this industry.

Over the past year, I was honored to be promoted to Account Manager with Securitas within the Cultural Property sector. In this role, I oversee daily operations, manage a large and diverse team of security professionals, and ensure that complex security programs meet both client expectations and industry best practices. I also manage payroll and billing functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accountability across operations. I work closely with clients, internal leadership, and frontline staff to develop and implement security strategies that protect invaluable cultural assets while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and the public.

Serving as Chair over the past year has been a valuable and rewarding learning experience. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made together while laying a strong foundation for future growth. As we move into the new year, I’m especially excited about our newly formed chapter board and the fresh perspectives, energy, and ideas each member brings. I’m confident this team will help drive continued engagement, professional development, and success for our chapter.

Throughout my career, I’ve learned that communication and collaboration are essential to building trust and fostering a positive security culture. I remain hopeful and motivated about the direction of our chapter and the meaningful impact we can make together in the year ahead.

Thank you all for your continued support, involvement, and dedication. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we build on our momentum and make this year a successful and rewarding one for our chapter.
